My name is Jillayne
Van and I recently graduated from law school
at UCLA. My family and I were honored to have
as our guests at graduation many family members
from around the world. In my culture it is
crucial that the host properly care for his/her
guests. Before the graduation, my family and
I had a difficult time finding a home to rent
that would accommodate all of our guests.
Destiny sent us an
angel in the form of Shauntelle. From our
first contact with Shauntelle, my family and
I were treated with nothing but respect and
kindness. Shauntelle took our budget and worked
hard to find us a place that would work. She
then helped us negotiate a terrific deal for
a beautiful property in Marina del Rey. In
our dealings together Shauntelle was the ultimate
professional, answering calls promptly and
responding immediately to our needs. Many
times she went far beyond the call of duty
to ensure that we had the best experience
possible. For example we asked to preview
the property and also to check in early and
she went the extra mile to arrange both. While
we were staying at the property, Shauntelle
called several times to check in and to make
sure we were okay. When a challenge arose,
Shauntelle worked until the early hours of
the morning to help us resolve it.
For the above reasons
my family and I will always be grateful to
Shauntelle. Her work ethic and drive for excellence
are phenomenal, and knowing we had such a
hard-working representative trying to help
us removed much of the stress of hosting.
We have every confidence in Shauntelle's ability
to conquer any challenge he takes on. It is
with my family's highest respect that I recommend
Shauntelle for any endeavor he chooses to
pursue.

As you know our sales
team recently rented the beach house at 510
E Oceanfront A & B in Newport Beach, CA.
The venue was absolutely perfect for our small
team meeting particularly the layout of the
kitchen and dining area up stairs. By booking
with your firm and opting for this beach rental
versus a traditional hotel / conference room
set up, we were able to actually save money
(at a BEACH HOUSE no less) on the meeting
while enjoying as you put it "the positive
ions" that the boardwalk, view, ocean
and surrounding area have to offer. The team
left the rental feeling recharged, focused
and ready to deliver results for the remainder
of the year. With so many recreational options
within walking or biking distance, I literally
parked my car on Monday and did not drive
it again until Friday. Did I also mention
that we saw a WHALE just off the beach on
Thursday afternoon. Earlier that same day
we rented a boat in the harbor and enjoyed
racing the seal and dolphins as they tracked
down the fish. What a fantastic experience
and a good bargain on the boat – again within
walking distance.
I would also like to
add a personal thanks to you Shauntelle for
being so accommodating and working with us
and some our unique needs as we were not your
traditional vacation renters but rather a
small group of business people who had specific
criteria that needed to be followed because
of expense policies etc. The process was seamless.
Your follow up was timely and you did everything
you said you would do. As we have never met
face to face, this was greatly appreciated.
I would definitely recommend you, Erik, Luz
and the entire team at CRV Classic Properties
to anyone looking to rent a beach house in
Orange Country whether for a business group
or personal vacation.

"Hi Shauntelle,
I wish I could have stay longer at the Newport
beach house. My family really enjoy the stay
there. First of all I like to thank you so much
for booking us up at this nice beach house for
such a great price. The location of the beach
house was perfect. Right in the heart of the
balboa beach. Very short walking distance to
the pier for fishing, Bon fire pit at night
and the boating dock and fun zone was just blocks
away. I really appreciate the promptness of
your response to my emails and calls through
out. Your service was very professional and
dedicated. Checking in with the concierge was
great too. I will definitely refer you and your
company to my friends and family for future
rentals. And for sure will contact you again
in the near future for other vacation rentals.

"Shauntelle,
Just got home and looked through all the vacation
pictures (we took way too many!). This was
the first time we ever used a rental instead
of a hotel. Wow! What a difference! We loved
it. The property was great! The location was
great. The check in and check out was easy
(thanks Wendy!). The fire pits are still in
use and we used them for s'mores one night.
It was so wonderful to see all 5 of my kids
(and 1 more on the way)playing in the sand,
sun, and surf, then turn around, and poof!
We are at home! I can't tell you how awesome
the week was. Thanks for making this process
so smooth. I had some real fears at first,
but now I can't wait to book the next trip!

I wanted to thank you
for your prompt service in helping me resolve
the issues with the condo at 123 Anchorage
on Friday. Returning Friday afternoon to have
the grill set up for us to cook dinner, some
toilet paper, and the ant spray available
for those little critters made the rest of
the weekend a breeze.

Just returned home for our weekend at 123 Anchorage, Marina del Rey. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend in CA. We were 10 - 8 adults and 2 children. The place was wonderfully roomy. With the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms everyone was very comfortable - a was a great space for our group. The location was prime - we walked to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the nail salon. Shauntelle was MOST helpful, courteous, friendly and accommodating. Our concierge, Armando, also did a great job showing us around, seeing to our needs and answering our questions. I would definitely recommend for those who have unique vacation needs and preferences. We are very happy and satisfied customers. Thank you very much.

and some coworkers to stay at and we could

there were no surprise fees or charges. When

I can't say enough about the rental property.
It is gorgeous, is in an ideal location and
the other renters and neighbors have been
fantastic. The surrounding shops, restaurants
and activities are super. There is so much
to enjoy, from biking, swimming, walks on
the beach, the beautiful sunsets, the fun
social barbecues and local events. I ABSOLUTELY
recommend your place to anyone interested
in renting on the beach. You and Susan are

Newport Beach property on August 1-3. As I

all the woman raved about the location and
the property. We had such an amazing weekend
